Kaya huwag tayo mahiya na magtanong sa mga taong mas marunong pa sa atin. Marami tayong matutunan sa iba’t ibang uri ng tao. Not only that, successful people also hire and work with people who are smarter than them. If you look up to someone who is successful or you think makakatulong sayo to be successful, ask that person to coach or mentor you. If you surround yourself with successful people, sooner or later, you will also become one. They surround themselves with successful people. The only way you can get something different is if you learn something different. Hangga’t nabubuhay ka, there is always room for improvement and development. Imbis na puro facebook at puro laro sa gadget ang inaatupag natin, let’s find ways to learn (attend seminars, workshops, listen to podcast, read books, listen to great and successful people and more). Huwag makuntento sa kung ano lang yung alam mo na. Minsan kasi kapag nakapagtapos na tayo ng pag-aaral at stable na sa ating mga chosen career, humihinto na tayo sa pag-aaral. Hangga’t humihinga ka, the learning should never stop. Pinag-aralan ko ang mga taong matatagumpay at ito ang mga natutunan ko sa kanila. Paano nga ba natin mapapasakamay ang inaasam-asam na tagumpay? Ang tanong, paano nga ba magiging matagumpay?
